Sometimes the least “glamorous” ministry is pastoral training. But it is the most important ministry in which we can be involved. Working alongside pastors, encouraging leaders, and providing opportunities for pastors to grow is always a top priority. Without the local church, the God-ordained leaders, there is no ministry worth doing. Jesus came to establish the local church, and we must do what we can to establish the Church in every village, every community, and every nation.
Each February, the pastors in Moldova gather together for a week of encouragement and training. It is SO good be a part of that week, simply having some hours with our fellow servants in Christ.
In 2010, Jim Bradford blessed the pastors on Moldova with quality sessions on leadership and personal spiritual health (along with sessions by many local pastors and leaders). We’ve included a few photos of our 2010 Pastors Conference.
